Return Policy

At Patiocan, operated by CREATIX LLC, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want to make sure every customer has a positive experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and components
• You must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back and we will be happy to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
• Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed
• Items without original packaging or missing components
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team using the information below. Do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us the following:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging
Upon review, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate right away.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on current stock availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a full refund instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company as processing times vary
• Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
