Patiocan is a brand operated by CREATIX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States.

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will be completely accurate.

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify the customer accordingly.
4. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs when your item is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. CREATIX LLC does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
