Shipping Policy

At Patiocan, operated by CREATIX LLC, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete. Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 12 to 18 business days for delivery. This timeframe is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier workload, and any circumstances outside of our control such as weather events or carrier delays.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during peak seasons when shipping volumes are higher than usual.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the size of the shipment. All orders are fully trackable and you will be able to monitor your delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to check the status of your delivery at any time. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us if you still cannot locate it.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes during holiday periods. CREATIX LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package has not arrived within 18 business days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
• Check around your property and with neighbors
• Contact your local post office or carrier facility
• Wait 24 to 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they physically arrive
If your package is confirmed lost, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@patiocan.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
 Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it and CREATIX LLC cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
